₹10L to ₹20L a month in 180 days. Spending less than 2 hours a month on marketing.
Most clinics at ₹10L don't need more marketing. They need fewer patients slipping away between the first call and the chair. I bring in the right patients with SEO and Meta ads, then fix the replies, WhatsApp follow-up and booking that decide who actually walks in. You see it in walk-ins and revenue, not impressions.

- Target: ₹10L to ₹20L a month in 180 days
- Target: every enquiry answered in minutes
- Target: more OPDs turning into high-value treatment
- Your time: about 2 hours a month
- Reported in patients and revenue, never impressions
Full one week. Empty the next. And nobody can tell you why.
Typical lines from clinic owners.
“We're on Practo and we post on Instagram, but the phone still doesn't ring.”
“The last agency sent me reports full of reach and impressions. I never saw the patients.”
“Enquiries come at 10 pm. We reply at 11 the next morning. During OPD, half the calls go unanswered.”
“Patients take a consultation, say they'll think about it, and we never hear from them again.”
None of this is a treatment problem. Your clinic is good. The system around it is leaking.
How many patients reached out and never reached your chair?
Example numbers. Change them to yours.
At an average treatment value of ₹10,000, that is up to ₹7,70,000 of treatment value a month. Winning back even 1 in 3 is ₹2,57,000. You don't need more marketing to win most of these back. You need someone to answer them.

₹10L → ₹20L
One clinic's monthly revenue, 180 days after the system went in. Same doctor, same treatments, same city. What changed was how many of the patients already looking for them actually arrived.
See exactly how many extra patients it takes.
Move the sliders. This is the same maths I run on day one of every engagement.
That's 23 extra patients a week.
To get there you need about 286 enquiries a month, roughly 11 a day. That is what the system is built to produce, and to answer in minutes.
At ₹1,00,000 a month plus a ₹45,000 ad budget, each extra patient costs you about ₹1,450. You decide whether that maths works.
If we also lift your walk-in rate from 35% to 45%, you need about 444 enquiries a month instead of 571.

Six stations. Each one has to pass before the next.
Every station ends with a question. We only move forward when the answer is yes. Then the loop runs again with a higher target.

We start where your numbers say. Some clinics need stations 03 and 04 only. Others need the full engine. We decide that together on the audit call.
Same clinic. Different engine.
Without the system
- Without: Busy weeks and empty weeks, with no explanation
- Without: Patients find the newer clinic down the road first
- Without: Enquiries answered whenever the front desk gets a moment
- Without: Reports full of reach, impressions and followers
- Without: Patients take a consultation, then never start treatment
- Without: No idea which rupee brought which patient
With the system
- With: A predictable number of walk-ins every month
- With: Patients find you when they search your treatments nearby
- With: Every enquiry gets an instant WhatsApp reply, a booking follow-up and a reminder before the visit
- With: One report: calls, enquiries, bookings, walk-ins, cost per patient
- With: Pending treatment plans are followed up, so more consultations become treatment
- With: Every patient traced back to the channel that sent them
This is not for every clinic.
Book a call if you
- Run an established clinic doing ₹8L+ a month
- Have treatments patients already pay well for
- Have a front desk willing to follow a simple reply and booking process
- Want to know what you keep, not just what you bill
- Can put ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 a month into ads
Don't book if you
- Are still building the practice or haven't opened yet
- Want 100 new patients next week
- Won't answer enquiries or return calls
- Are looking for the cheapest vendor
My first client was my father's shop.
I'm Nishant. I run Traffic Monks out of Noida, and I've spent 7 years doing one thing: making local businesses the ones people find. It started with my father's business, because nobody could find it online and I wanted to fix that. Since then I've worked across dental, derma, ortho and wellness clinics, plus national brands and international clients. I still lead the strategy on every account personally. You will not be handed to a junior.
I won't get you followers. I'll get you patients.

Your 180-day plan
If it's a fit, we set the target, map the six stations to your clinic, and start with the quick wins in the first 30 days.
Before you book.
The engine comes in two parts, and you can start with either.
The Visibility Engine is ₹4,50,000 + 18% GST (₹5,31,000). That is stations 03 and 04: Google, Maps and AI search, plus Meta ads. It brings the right patients to you.
The Conversion Engine is ₹6,00,000 + 18% GST (₹7,08,000). That is the full six stations, adding front desk and WhatsApp follow-up, show-ups, and turning consultations into treatment.
I'll tell you which one fits after the audit. Ad budget is separate, and you pay Meta and Google directly.
After the audit call, I look at two numbers: how many enquiries become booked appointments, and how many booked patients show up. If both are healthy, you need the Visibility Engine. If either is low, the Conversion Engine, which adds the front desk and WhatsApp follow-up, will return more.
Yes, in the full engine. We give your team one simple process for replies, bookings and follow-up, with ready WhatsApp templates. It is not a course. It is a few short sessions and a checklist.
No. Honestly, nobody can guarantee a revenue number, and anyone who does is selling you something. What I can guarantee is the process: a written baseline in week one, a monthly scorecard, and a checkpoint at day 90. If the numbers aren't moving, we change the plan together.
No. You pay Meta and Google directly from your own card, so every rupee goes to ads with no markup from me. For most clinics that is ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 a month, depending on your specialty and area.
Ads bring enquiries from the week they go live. WhatsApp replies and follow-up go live in the first 2 to 3 weeks. Google Business Profile fixes usually move calls within 2 to 4 weeks. SEO compounds from month two and usually holds from month four. The ₹20L figure is a target we review every month, not a promise.
One photo and video session at the clinic helps a lot, and after that almost nothing. After setup, your time is about 2 hours a month: one 30-minute review call and approving ad creatives. The first month is closer to 3 hours, because of setup.
A freelancer does tasks. This is a system where SEO, ads, front-desk replies and treatment follow-up are built to work together and measured on one number: patients who walked in. If the tasks were the answer, the agencies you've already tried would have worked.
It is built to follow NMC, DCI and ASCI advertising rules: no cure or result guarantees, no misleading before-and-after images, no "best doctor" language, no patient testimonials in ads. You approve everything that goes out under your clinic's name.
I fix and rewrite your treatment pages and set up tracking as part of the work. A brand-new website build, if you need one, is quoted separately as a one-time cost.
Four a quarter, and only one clinic per specialty in a catchment area. I will never work for two clinics competing for the same patients.
Let's look at your numbers.
